• Should have a passion for teaching / education / skill development space
• Should have the eagerness to learn new concepts and have strong fundamentals in Maths and English
• Good communication skills
• Candidates with high percentile in TANCET/GATE/BANK EXAMS CAT scores will be given preference
• Should have command over the areas of Quantitative ability, Logical Ability, Verbal Ability, Communication Skills, Soft Skills and technical areas.
